Hi! I’m Nick Robison, a game designer. I specialize in game systems and technical design, but I also do level, narrative, and experience design, as well as QA.

 

As a designer, I seek to craft finely tuned systems that power dynamic interactions between the player and another world. I’m fascinated with how these interactions impact people, and I strive to reason my design from a player’s perspective. I take a personal interest in my work, and obsess with making every little detail shine. I’ve worked with a wide range of development teams, and I get along with many different people, making sure to put the team’s goals first.

 

In my free time, I like to play a lot of games: singleplayer, multiplayer, and from just about any genre. I also enjoy kayaking, parkour, and fencing.
